How do I add value to your project? I do it in four very simple and straight forward ways. First, I provide you a neutral 3rd party to any expenditures and or hires you want to make in your remodel journey. Secondly, I can be a second set of eyes and a good consultant for “how-much” something should cost. I have a trusted vetted list of contractors you can pick from as a jumping-off point in your project (architects, cabinet makers, electricians, plumbers, flooring, solid surface installers...) In most cases I or my real estate clients have used these professionals on multiple project. Thirdly I can provide expert design advice in “real-time” as to what trends and finishes are selling quickly and which remodel projects are the absolute best for return on investment when you go to sell the property. Fourthly, I can help in negotiating a General Contractor and/or any subcontractors. I know what things should cost and what current labor rate are for each of the trades so you don't end up overpaying!
